Mission

At San Gabriel Valley Notary, our mission is to provide a convenient and professional experience with every notary and loan closing transaction, specializing in after-hour requests and emergencies. It is of upmost importance that we are meticulous and conscientious as to eliminate errors and provide the best possible service.


 

Team Member

  

Deborah Lewis is a commissioned notary and an elite certified loan signing agent. She is an analytic minded person that strives to understand the various components and layers of a job by comprehending all necessary information in order to perform to the best of her ability. Eliminating costly errors is always her goal, and working diligently to fix errors when they occur is her resolve. She has learned that punctuality and proficiency are key traits to have as a loan signing agent. She has extensive loan signing training through her Notary2Pro elite certification, her NNA loan signing certification, and through personal research. She is eager to apply her skill set and training towards the job, and to further her understanding through continued hands on experience. 

Services

Mobile notary services provided for loan closings, acknowledgements, jurats, proof of executions, power of attorney certifications, and signatures by mark.

Fees

  • $150 for loan signings
  • $15 per signature taken
  • $15 for Oath/Affirmation
  • $30 travel fee within San Gabriel Valley
  • $45/hr for jails/hospitals/nursing home visits
  • Travel fee for trips outside San Gabriel Valley TBD based on location
